•To secure a booking a €20-€50 deposit is required, deposits are non refundable and non transferable

The booking will not be confirmed until a deposit has been paid.

•If Dans Detailing has to cancel or rearrange your booking due to an incident, it will be within 2 days of the booking and your deposit will be returned.

•Payment is due immediately after we complete the service on your vehicle via cash, Revolut or bank transfer.

•In the event of unexpected bad weather your booking may be cancelled on the day of service , your deposit will be held until a rebooking can be arranged.

•Travel is free for the first 20 minutes from Kildare town, anything after that a travel fee will be applied.

•We are not responsible for any personal belongings in your vehicle and an effort should be made to remove all items and big bits of of rubbish etc before we start our work on your vehicle.

•We require parking for our van beside your vehicle and enough space to fully open all doors on your vehicle.

•Our prices are a guideline, we reserve the right to charge extra for unreasonable levels of soiling pet hair, mud or anything else that demands extra time to rectify.

•For mobile valeting we require a safe place to plug our extension lead in and access to an outside tap, we will not work on any vehicle that is on a main road , heavily used road or small road , we require space for our van to be parked beside the vehicle as we work from our van, we do not commence work in pay and display car parks.

Maintenance scheme

Dans Detailing will only honour maintenance booked monthly, anything over a month is not maintenance to us.
